Before you book

A few things to know,
before we begin.

If you are curious but not quite sure, this is for you. Take your time here. There is no rush, and no pressure at all.

Is this for you?

You might feel a quiet yes

You may be a good fit for this work if a few of these feel true. You do not have to relate to all of them. They are just a way to feel into it.

You sense the answers you are looking for are already somewhere inside you.

You are open to your own healing and growth, and willing to be part of it.

You can let go of needing to control every step, and let something unfold.

You are curious about yourself on a deeper level than the thinking mind reaches.

You are ready to listen to your highest self, even if part of you is nervous.

You trust, or you want to trust, that you are being guided.

If you read those and felt a quiet yes, even a small one, that is usually your answer.

Common questions

The things people often ask about hypnosis

Will this work for me?

Most people can enter this state, because it is a natural one you already move through every day. What matters most is your willingness to relax, let go of control, and trust what comes. The more you can release needing a specific outcome, the more easily the insight arrives.

Will I remember it afterward?

Some people remember everything, some remember pieces, and that is completely normal and varies from person to person. Either way, you will receive a written transcript, so nothing is lost.

Is this a magic fix?

I want to be honest with you. Sometimes a single session shifts something all at once, and sometimes it is the beginning of a process that keeps unfolding for days and weeks after. You leave with insight and a clearer sense of your path, and the real change comes as you live it. Your highest self stays with you. You are never doing the work alone.

Do I have to believe in anything?

No. You do not need any particular belief for this to work. You only need to be open and willing to listen inward. The experience meets you where you are.

How to prepare

Settling in beforehand

A few gentle things help you get the most from your session.

Come rested and present. This is a focused, aware state, not sleep, so you will want to feel clear.

Drink water beforehand, and find a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.

Skip alcohol or anything mind-altering that day. Keep taking any prescribed medication as usual.

Wear something comfortable, and settle in somewhere you can fully relax for a couple of hours.

Come as open as you can, and try to release any fixed expectation of what should happen. You will experience exactly what is right for you.

A gentle note

Honest and caring scope

This is spiritual and intuitive work, and it rests alongside your medical and mental health care, never in place of it. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. If you are navigating a serious psychiatric condition, or you are in crisis, this particular work may not be the right fit right now, and I will always tell you honestly if I sense it is not. If you are ever unsure whether it is a good time for you, reach out and we will talk it through together.

An honest word

This work is not for everyone

Because this is deep inner work, there are some conditions where it is not a safe or appropriate fit. Please do not book a session if you are living with a serious psychiatric condition such as schizophrenia, psychosis, bipolar disorder, or any condition involving a loss of contact with reality. It is also not suitable if you are in acute crisis, have recently experienced a heart attack or stroke, or are dependent on alcohol or drugs. Certain medications, including some psychiatric ones, can affect the clarity of a session.

This is not a judgment, and it is not the end of the road. It simply means hypnosis like this is not the right tool right now, and there are other forms of care better suited to support you. If you are unsure whether your situation is a fit, please reach out before booking, and I will give you an honest answer with care.

When you feel ready
