The ability to remote test and clear emotions for clients, through what’s called proxy testing which means muscle testing I do on myself on behalf of a client, is due to quantum entanglement and the principle of non-locality.

When I muscle test clients from a distance, I connect and use my nervous system to test on their behalf and then record the responses to nerve impulses responding to thoughts or prompts, as opposed to physically applying stimuli to a person.

Quantum entanglement demonstrates  how we’re all connected on the overarching quantum field. Non-locality means that particles (electrons, for example) to be influenced instantaneously by another particle with no visible exchange of force/energy. Since energy knows no distance and is everywhere around us, particles can affect each other instantaneously across any distance. Once the particles are connected in some fashion, they are forever connected and can affect each other.

This means, I can muscle test and apply the techniques of MBSR™ when I apply the principle of non-locality from any distance. Simply put, I set the intention to connect to a client’s energy field to muscle test on their behalf.

That’s the incredible thing about distance muscle testing – you don’t have to be present. As long as I have a picture of you (or your child, pet, etc.) I’m able to connect and muscle test and clear from a distance. Be sure to note this is what you’d like in the notes section of the appointment scheduler.

I can only muscle test if I have permission from the person I’m working on. Please do not sign up your neighbor, Mom, friend, etc if they have no given permission. 

If it is a child under the age of 18, and it’s your child who you’ve give me to permission to work on, I’d be more than happy to help them. 

For pets, I can only work on animals if you are the guardian/legal owner. 

Upon booking, you’ll receive an email to the one you signed up with, with a confirmation of date, time and zoom link to log into our session. 

The initial session is typically 75-90 minutes for advanced and 45-60 minutes for a basic session. This is the longest session.

Follow-ups are usually 60-75-minutes for advanced MBSR and 45 minutes for basic session. 

Each client is unique and most I see need 3-4 sessions to completely release what’s held in the body working off the same intention. Some clients however, may experience major shifts after only one session.

Your subconscious mind will only release what it knows to be in your highest and best good, whether that requires one session or several.

I will test you for the length of processing time between MBSR™ Sessions and this averages 3-4 weeks in between for most. 

After the first 3-4 sessions, many clients prefer to schedule maintenance MBSR sessions every 6-8 weeks to make sure that they stay energetically balanced or during particularly stressful times. 

Each client processes through clearings differently. There is no right or wrong way to process and integrate after a session.

Some people feel a positive shift right away, noting they feel a sense of calm, peace and groundedness. Some experience a detox of sorts as the body is finally able to release stored physical and emotional toxins. A detox reaction usually subsides within 24-48 hours.

Some clients see the positive shifts immediately, while for others it can take a little longer and with each new event and interaction you see and feel the gradual shifts within.

You may start to see subtle, yet profound changes in work, relationships, health, how you react and respond, our internal dialogue, thoughts, and overall feeling.

Yes, in fact, I have used MBSR with my three dogs and dogs we have fostered and seen big shifts in mood and behavior. 

This can be done by proxy or in-person and the cold laser is run from the top of the head, along the spine to the tail to help release blockages.

Here are some ideas to help you brainstorm and feel into what resonates with you.

  • FEAR – what are your fears? your children, success, finances, relationships, world, health?
  • RELATIONSHIPS – Do you get in relationships that aren’t good for you? Do you speak up for yourself? What is the role you’ve taken on in a relationship? Patterns?
  • CHALLENGES – How do you react to challenges and/or adversity? Shy away, quit, rise up?
  • SELFSACRIFICE – Do you people please, avoid confrontation, put yourself first or last, or are you afraid to rock the boat, so to speak?
  • SELF-CONFIDENCE – How do you speak to yourself? Are you critical, kind, hurtful to yourself? What imperfections do you nit-pick the most? How do you react when you make a mistake?
  • WORRIES – What’s on your mind? What can’t you control that makes you worried?
  • HEALTH – Present and path health experiences and/or medical trauma (self or family.)
  • PATTERNS – What are unhealthy patterns you wish to break? Eating? Running late? Avoiding certain people? Giving away your power in repeated situations or with certain people?
  • Stay hydrated before and during your session.
  • Set the highest intention for what you want to release & restore 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • Decide upon the focus of your intention for the session (I will craft the highest intention for your session with your guidance) and choose 3-5 restorative emotions you’d like to embody.
  • If you are doing an offline session without zoom, all research and clearing will be done at the time of your scheduled appointment & notes sent to you afterwards.

The intention we place for your session (and any subsequent sessions) is what all research will be done from. Think about what you want, who you want to embody, blocks that keep surfacing, etc.

Everything that surfaces in your session is for your highest and best good. Your subconscious will communicate all blocks and sabotaging emotions that do not serve you and are ready to be released. When we discuss everything that surfaces, please don’t place judgement on yourself or emotions. Peace & release to what was being held and let go with gratitude.

be an active participant of healing

I provide intentional Next Steps and supportive tools your body is requesting to do at home in-between sessions to support your internal shifts. Sometimes this includes detox therapies, nourishing foods or movement your body is requesting.
